Notes From The Inside
We all have difficulties at some time with our health, our wealth, relationships, the point of life or with the inevitability of it. Many of the problems we have with our mind are due to relying on thinking so much that it takes over us so that we can’t easily stand back and detach from thinking. Prolonged recurring fear, dark moods and habits which we can’t stop, all threaten to overwhelm us because we don’t seem to have much control of our mind.
Our most powerful friend to help overcome this is our inner self. These notes are about what you might face whilst on the path turning inside to find your inner self. The notes may be particularly helpful for those of us whose parents were absent or whose parents had problems preventing them spending time with them as their guide as they grew up.
These notes are what I use every day when working with others who find they are in difficult situations. There is no evidence that these notes work other than being happier or seeing a smile or a light in someone’s eyes when there hasn’t been one for a long time.
The term ‘yourself’ is used to mean your ego which most people see as us. The term ‘your inner self’ is used to mean your intangible self, your consciousness, known only by you, which sees and observes your ego.
